How a listing earns its first Instagram frame
We do not post a house until the light is honest.

Most listing photography is a schedule. Ours waits. We walk the rooms without the camera, then decide which wall the house wants to be seen from. The first frame is the one that will live on @jupiterheights9 — it has to be true at a glance.
On a villa that means dusk, not noon. On a high-floor apartment it is often the hour the glass stops reflecting the next tower. We shoot interiors last. If a room needs a plant to work, the room is not ready.
Then it goes on the grid. The rest happens on WhatsApp: 86886 99117.
